Stress Management Groups
These groups are delivered as a full day or a condensed half day workshops. The same content also have been spread out to be delivered through a 4 weeks groups (120 minutes per group session). Please see the below list for some of what our stress management groups may cover:
Learning how to recognize our thoughts that may impact our lives negatively,
Learning how to challenge these irrational thoughts,
Learning how to accept our limitations while not judging ourselves,
Learning to recognize our defence mechanisms and how they may impact our behaviours and relations,
Learning how to practice mindfulness in our day to day lives,
Improving our sleep hygiene,
Practicing gentle and restorative yoga,
Learning to ground ourselves when we feel checked out,
Goal setting for the future and more.
